Since I was a kid I constantly catch myself standing with my legs crossed. I consciously uncross them but a few minutes later I they're crossed again!

POTS sufferers cross their legs because it cuts off the circulation to the lower extremities and and puts more blood flow towards the heart..

I’ve never heard of this, however I constantly have my legs crossed, heart rate stays about 130, and I’ve been getting vertigo every other month.
