@ryjewers: I often get asked if you should drop the load between sets when training. It really depends on if you believe you will fall below your target rep range or not in the subsequent set. The main thing is just making sure you’re staying above 4 repetitions when training as the 5-10 range provides the best stimulus to fatigue ratio 🫡 #bodybuilding #fy #gym #fit
