I also heard of throat coat tea for a cough. I hate tea but tried it. Game changer. cough went away within a few days and reduced the harshness

Them and Buckleys 2 of the worst tasting meds only thing that worked on my long haul Covid cough. Buckley is from Canada but you can get it on line.
