in high school I had a friend who bleached and dyed her hair so often it started falling out and snapping. she had to cut it super short and start over growing healthy hair.

There is hair dye remover that will take a lot of the color off before you bleach.

prell shampoo or johnson&johnson no tears baby shampoo will strip some of that black dye out and meake bleaching easier
