I think instead of using steel spatula you should use wooden spatula sis, it won’t create scratches on the steel pan

tip never use metal utensils in a metal pan it will scratch and ruin the no stick purpose use wood or silicon

With stainless cookware make sure to heat it up first before putting ingredients in. If a few drops of water beads up and rolls around it’s ready.

I can’t stand stainless steel pans I know there are awful things agents the black stuff (PTFE) on the pots isn’t good for us once it breaks down but I need a nonstick set
