I have TPU brands that get like this after a day . I keep them in a sealed desecant container and still have to put them back in the oven before use..

Humidity has been in the 90’s in my house lately. I mainly use pla. I never looked to see if it comes out funny like that. I may have to pay attention

I 3d printed once with recycled nylon pallets. they were so humid the print ended up like foam. actually it was pretty cool
