my clinic we always put extra labels in the specimen bags now lab prefers it that way lol

I once got a call from the lab saying my group and save was a mismatch. I told them it had been triple checked and that was impossible and that I was going to walk down and check it myself. Phone went silent before she eventually said ‘ummm, I actually dropped it’. EXCUSE ME
