first of all, that bathroom looked nice before you did that. Renters will NEVER understand until they buy their own home and rent it to others whom make PERMINATE alterations with no plan to put it back the way it was before they move.

As a landlord I 100% approve of this!! It protects the surfaces and lets someone personalize their space, in turn they typically take better care of things. Win/Win

I saw a lady put posterboard down then laid the stick tile and it was much easier to remove later because it just lifted up.
