All batteries degrade over time, even tesla ones. The difference is replacing your tesla batteries could cost you north of 20k. Hope it was worth it

it always starts at 100% until you actually run the test. you have to be plugged in to a l2 charger and be around 30% for it to run.

Get the ‘Stats: For Model S/X/3/Y’ app and it gives you everything. Phantom drain, battery life etc. Your car versus average etc

Newer batteries last more than 10 years, and after being removed from a car, they can still serve as power banks for solar ect.

You need to run battery test. If you don’t then the percent never updates. It will fully drain and recharge your battery though. So be aware.

don't trust software to tell you how good your battery is. charge it completely and then see how many Km you can do in real life!
