Raw fish is frozen to a temp that kills bacteria. I’m not digging thru my sushi roll to find worms. Just eat at a good restaurant

You're meant to buy high grade for raw. Used for Sashimi and Sushi.

Drink about 4l of water too. This is why I stopped drinking milk . You don’t need paraguard etc. just water- loads of!
