Dice 2-3 carrots, a small onion, and 1-2 stalks celery. Sautee in 1 tbsp butter for 5 mins until soft. Add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds and then add in 2 tbsp flour. Add in 6-8 cups chicken broth, 1 lb chicken breast, and herbs and spices. Cover and simmer for 15 mins. Then, add 1 cup orzo, and kale. Cook for 10 more mins. Shred chicken and add back into pot.
