Number the bottom corner of the rsvp and then again on a piece of paper with name of who it’s going to so you know who has and has not responded

my caterers need 6 weeks notice so my RSVP date is 8 weeks out so I have 2 weeks to chase down the slow replies

We may have been earlier but we sent ours out 24 weeks before to allow people travelling long distances to watch for deals on flights!
