adding egg noodles to beef stew is good too! we do that when we don't have mash. it's like a poor man's stroganoff

Package of Alfredo noodle package cooked and a package of precooked small shrimp. Thaw shrimp, cook noodle package as directed ( I usually just use microwave) then stir shrimp into cook noodles. Cover

This is what I’m talking about when I need cheap & easy! :) If I have to chop & sauté 4 different vegetables it’s not easy & I know its not cheap lol

If you have a small baking dish you can put the stew in it and top with the potatoes and bake it for a bit to make it like a mini sheppard/cottage pie
