@thechefmine: Molten chocolatey goodness 😩🍫 Ingredients (3 lava cakes) 170g chocolate of choice 113g unsalted butter 2 whole eggs 2 egg yolks ¼ cup (50g) white sugar Pinch of salt 2 tbs all purpose flour Steps 1. Preheat your oven to 230°C/450°F. 2. Brush your ramekins with butter and add a light dusting of flour all over. 3. Melt your chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave. 4. Add your whole eggs, egg yolks and sugar to a large bowl and beat until pale yellow. 5. Add the salt and flour and mix. 6. Pour in the chocolate an gently fold. 7. Bake for 8 minutes. The sides should be firm and the center should be jiggly. 8. Place a plate on top of each ramekin and turn it upside down to remove the cake. 9.
