I too have Hashimotos. I was diagnosed at 37 and am now 56. The best thing is to change your eating habits. Gluten free! I’m in remission. ❤️

10 years with hashimotos here - find a really good integrative doc my ANA was positive for 10 years and now negative have managed to reverse it by treating the roots cause, slowly reducing my meds. You can 100% heal.
