@calwillcookit: MAPLE BACON BRUSSELS SPROUTS 🍁🥓 Now I eat brussels pretty often and usually keep 'em simple to fit my nutrition goals but every now and then I amp them up like this! They're sweet, savory and make the perfect side to any dish. Easily my favorite way to cook them! 🤌🏻 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 12 oz Brussels Sprouts - 4 strips diced @Applegate Bacon - 1/2 an onion diced - Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste - ~1/3 cup Maple Syrup - ~2 tbsp of coconut aminos or soy sauce DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare sauce and cut all ingredients. 2. Get a large skillet going on low heat and add in the bacon. Let cook and remove once done to your liking. Leave the grease. 3. Turn the heat up to a medium and add onion and Brussels. Cook for 15 minutes or so while mixing occasionally. 4. Then lower heat and add the bacon back in plus the sauce.
