do wash with 50/50 vinegar let it dry then put mop in glow or orange glow on the floor. it's the cheapest with the best results. until u can refinish

after wash you should just rent a sander( for floors) from home Depot and then just seal them in.

When you do have the funds, I would try sanding them. If the dark spots are still there after sanding, it’s gotten deep and has to be replaced.

Leave an open bottle of pinesol in the room for 24 hours it will obsorb the odor.

try a degreaser, likely the pee ect soaked into the stain anyways. should help get it off.

lemon 🍋 or orange 🍊 oil will help the floors look great just make sure it soaks in so it's not slippery

Rent an ozone machine. It’s what crime scene cleaners use to kill remaining Odor and bacteria in crime scenes , hoarder, mold, &extreme smoking cases!

Cloralen bleach (green/blue bottle) works great for getting rid of pet odors from their waste. It'll fizz and react, works wonders when male cats pee

The floors need sanded and restained anyways. what ur doing is plenty! Even adding floor shine/oil to a clean new mop can be used 1/2

ajax, bleach etc mixed w/ any animal pee is toxic. It smells “better” now but u are making toxic gases. I recommend Vinegar next time!

I think you should sandpaper. If you varnish it with stone, you won't have to clean it.😁
