@hojohattery: * COMMISSION * Never actually thought of using studs or spikes before but after my second commission using them, I LOVE them! Now I want to experiment with other colours and patterns and maybe even a hay COMPLETELY covered in spikes? 😍🖤✨️ Customer brief for this was timeless gothic - an extra wide brim, spikes but not symmetrical. Did I nail it? You don't need to train every day. You need to train the right days. The problem isn't frequency. It's muscle group selection and order. This three-day split fixes that. Day one, chest, shoulders, and triceps. Start by pushing heavy on the bench press. The shoulders come in as a helper and get warmed up before they're even trained. Triceps finish the day wrecked because they helped out on chest and shoulders before being isolated. Nobody rests while the other one works. Day two, back and biceps. Pulling day. The lats open up, biceps get activated on every row before being isolated at the end. By the time you get to curls, your biceps are already pre-fatigued the right way. That's how arms grow on both sides at the same time. Day three, legs and glutes. Squats, leg press, Romanian deadlifts, and leg curls. If you can walk normal after this day, you didn't train hard enough. Two rest days aren't weakness. They're strategy. Muscle doesn't grow in the gym. It grows during recovery.
