I took a client to a pizza place that cut up the toppings very small and cooked it with sauce and cheese so we could help him eat it with a spoon.

I was at a sushi restaurant once that had scissors to cut sushi in half for kids and I used them as a full grown adult and it was great.

When I do events for seriously ill children I make sure there’s soft food, bite to dissolve, and easily drainable out of pegs etc etc
