I haven’t tried l-glutamine but I went cold Turkey on sugar 2 years ago. It took 2 weeks, hard 2 weeks, but after those 2 weeks I never craved sugar

Is this OK for children? My daughter is seven and wakes up earlier than anyone to sneak around the house and find any bit of candy! She’s even gone as far as drinking our syrup.🙄
