Your diet plays a massive part in rosacea triggers eg gluten. An anti-inflammatory diet helps, stress was a massive factor for me in flare ups 🙏🏼

How do I know if I have it? My cheeks don’t really flare up. They are just always the same level of red in the same area. I’ve never had heat or pain.

I think I have a mild rosacea. Can your face become blotchy but then go away after it’s calmed down??? I’ve always had a redness problem.
