We were moving and sold our huge bed, but kept the mattress to sleep on the floor for a few wks. -that was 4 yrs.ago. We love sleeping on the floor.🥰

The boxspring will sink, which will cause you to have back problems. Wood pallets are cheaper than a platform bed.
