If you use a cut like chuck roast or a lower quality of beef, I recommend thinly slicing it (instead of cube) so it’s not tough 1. Cut your beef into cubes or parallelogram 2. Then marinate beef with: garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, oil. Marinate for at least 10 minutes. 3. While your beef is marinating, slice your onions 4. Once beef is done marinating, sear your beef on a skillet with some oil (on 2 sides). I seared for 1-2 minutes on each side. 5. After your beef is done searing, add your onions and combine/ toss well. 6. Then add your butter, turn off heat an mix until butter is melted. 7. Serve with rice and veggie/soup of choice
