Takes me at least 3 tries to get a baking recipe really right. Baking is a hobby that requires patience. Or it will teach you patience.

can you use brown sugar? I made toffee and it was amazing but grainy what did I do wrong? can u show a video for brown sugar toffee? I used a thermometer brought it to 300°F stirred constantly 💕

I make toffee (lots of it) every year at Christmas. Every once in a while I will get a batch that separates (you can save it if you patience). Humidity can affect, having the heat too high, or you look at it wrong. Even with experience things can go wrong.
