my former cat had it. Viralys helped, but if he's bleeding you might want to have a vet look at him and make sure it's not something bacterial.

How frequently is he sneezing blood? I was doing some research and saw that it could be URD or a fungal infection along with clotting issues, etc.

My cat has this as well. We do rounds of antibiotics once in a while but it never lasts. He’s 15 this year though and still pretty healthy! Just very sniffly, we’ve accepted that’s just how he is.

Have you tested him for FIV since moving him in with Peach? I’ve seen a lot of cases of feline herpes and never seen sneezing blood.
