All that happened is I would do is binge heavily just like the Christmas holidays. I used to believe that cutting out my favourite foods such as bread and pasta would help me lose fat but this caused me to binge and made weight loss unsustainable Finally I believed I had to run, go on the treadmill or the stair master to burn calories and fat. It was not until I started doing exercise and workouts I enjoyed that I would stick to it and not give up, just like a New Years resolution to start running or exercising when you don’t enjoy it
