Dip tips: 1.) Shoulder and elbow comfort are priority #1 on all dips, and the biggest factor in that is hand placement. Experiment with different grip widths to see what feels best for you. 2.) The lower you go, the bigger the loaded stretch on the triceps, the more growth. Go as deep as is ok on your joints, which for most people is as deep or deeper than I go in this video. 3.) Going slow on the way down and even pausing at the bottom can make the exercise both safer and more effective. Don’t rush the descent! 4.)
