Last training session of 2022💪🏻 It’s been quite a year with lots of smiles but coming with that lots of tears weather they were happy tears or disappointed tears. Going to regionals for the first time was amazing but then finding out I made British and English nationals was a massive shock not just for me but my coaches. We were all so happy to be there never mind winning 2nd in 50 free and should have been 3rd for 50 fly and finishing the 100 back final in 6th at English and at British coming away with second reserve for the final and 3rd out of the 13 yo competing in the 13/14 age bracket was fantastic. Then not long after that I was invited to swim for Lancashire for Intercounties and it was hands down the best comp I have been to not just for the races but the atmosphere was amazing! I was then asked to join a swim England training camp that has taught me so much and I can’t wait to continue on with the next camps and see where it takes me.
