His wife founded the female acappella group, which later became the premise to the movie Pitch Perfect, and Mickey Rapkin whom wrote the book interviewed them both numerous times, and Evynne Hollens is the first name on page one of the book. "Evynne Hollens stands on lincoln center stage. "Acappella is a small pond, but our origin story rings very true to the popular story that most of the world knows.  Peter also appeared singing multiple solos on NBC's the Sing Off, the same show that Pentatonix and HomeFree became popular from!
