Cash has been super fired up on ALL THINGS SNOWBOARDING. This week she spotted these sweet little boxes from the lift and said she really wanted to try. She was hitting the lower box for a bit when she told her dad she wanted to try the flat/down box to the big box, basically picking her line in the park which was awesome. The first time through she was nervous to hit the flat/down which is why mom gets so loud because it’s hype mom and she wants to make sure Cash knows she can do anything! However, after that stomp she came into the big box real hot, at an angle which set her on her heel edge resulting in her slipping out. The thing is, the morning before this day Mom gave Cash her very first stone, an amethyst. It’s purple, her favorite color, as well as the calming stone. So we put it in her suit and told her if she ever needed power or something to help her through the hard times to just hug that stone close and feel its strength. So when she hit the ground she gave herself a big hug and told us she wanted to try again. We were completely ready to call it after the crash but she wanted to stomp it. Which you can see in the second attempt. Also why hype mom gets extremely loud 😂. That choice was all her and she absolutely bossed it. She was so proud of herself for getting back up and going for it and that is truly all we want for our little.
