you write a letter to Experian Equifax and Transunion with the account name an number stating its a HIPPA Violation they are who remove it

I've done it using credit karma, youre supposed to use the dispute form, if you call them they will give you a run around.

Ex debt collector here-Medical bills aren’t suppose to effect your credit AT ALL. They prob sold it to a 3rd party who reports to the CB

Medical debt on credit is not leveraged the same as credit card defaults, late pays etc. tel then to take a hike $5 a month payment plan.

I asked collections for itemized bill. They sent me one with all the charges. Hippa. I got mine dismissed lol it was a bill with IU west in Avon :)

There shouldn’t be medical debt for ANYONE. Imagine having a child with cancer and the parents can’t pay. It’s ridiculous.
