Nah I learned my lesson. ALWAYS open and transfer. I had $50 in chicken that had spoiled and I didn’t figure it out until defrosting the packages.

I trim & clean them (little cart. Or bone, fat) then cut to sizes before freezing! Then you can just toss in th crock pot or marinate.

I weigh them individually too, before I freeze them and write it on there with a sharpie so I have a general idea how much is in each pack.

I always do this but I line them up in the bins first and then freeze them in the bins. The whole freeze on parchment isn’t needed
