@doctortim.md: Healthy Side Dish - Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower This is a quick, easy, and healthy side dish! I made this as a part of a meal during the holidays for my family. Try out the recipe and let me know what you think! Recipe Take 1-2 Full heads of cauliflower and separate into florets In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with the following: Olive Oil Garlic (~5 cloves) minced Paprika Salt Pepper Place into cooking sheet with foil *Make sure there’s enough space in between florets, don’t overcrowd or it will make it harder to crisp them up!* Preheat and bake at 450 F for ~27 minutes (until golden) Remove baking sheet and sprinkle parmesan cheese over cauliflower Change oven to broil, then place back in the oven for about 5 minutes (until they appear charred, so they’re nice and crispy!)
