@movementuniverse: How to set up for rockers and some common errors I see. . Get in quadraped, shoulders stacked of wrists, hips stacked over knees. . Keep butt behind knees . Keep eyes up and neutral neck with no pain. . Press outside corners of feet into floor and don’t chnage it. DO NOT SACRIFICE THIS FOR GREATER RANGE OF MOTION. . Keep a neutral spine.
