@pawlessvettech: Hanson is my personal axolotl that has been undergoing treatment for refusing to eat, gill deterioration, and lethargy. In this video, I’m using a doppler to obtain a heart rate. ♥️ Ideally, this is done with them still in the water, but Hanson was not very cooperative. Don’t worry, he was only out of the water for 15 seconds and even ate immediately after this. 🪱 Axolotls are amphibians that breathe/absorb things through their skin.
