GUYS I HAD THIS PROBLEM BERES WHAT I DID: first change the charging cable or whatever you use, then either download the remote play app on your phone to access your ps4 or use another controller. but then go onto “settings>Devices>bluetooth devices” then forget all the devices except the one your using rn if your currently using a controller, plug in the cable to the controller that’s not working then turn on like usual. if it’s not working after this then i have no idea sorry

Guys just fixed this issue you HAVE to use a data transferring cable. It connected instantly, after hours of trying Just make the trip to walmart and go get the Onn Tri-Tip Micro-USB, USB-C, USB-A. I had to ask someone to open a case to get it for $13.

Wer da hilfe braucht schaltet eure ps4 kommplet aus dann ist unter dem Controller ein reset punkt und da mit zahn stocker rein dann ist der Knopf gedrückt und schaltet an (den Controller anschalten)
