STICKY SOY CHICKEN LAKSA BROTH⬇️ 58gp | 693kcal PROPER PROTEIN EP.2 INGREDIENTS Broth: 1 tin coconut milk 4tbsp laksa paste 2tsp fish sauce 2 minced garlic cloves 2 birds eye chilli’s 1tsp of grated ginger 1 grated stick of lemongrass (whites) Soy chicken: 3tbsp soy 3tbsp rice vinegar 1.5tbsp honey 1 grated garlic clove 2 medium chicken thighs INSTRUCTIONS Start by preparing the minced garlic, grated ginger and chillies. In a hot pan with a little oil, add the laksa paste and cook for around 3-4 minutes until fragrant and the oil within the paste begins to separate. Keep stirring to make sure it doesn’t burn. Add the garlic, ginger and chillies and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the coconut milk, mix everything together and bring to a light simmer. Leave the broth to gently reduce while you cook the chicken. In a separate hot pan, cook the chicken thighs until nicely browned and cooked through. Pour in the soy sauce mixture.
