@vannisaterala: A quick vegetarian dinner. Ingredients 1/2 cup of toor dahl 1 cup of water 1 tsp turmeric Pinch of salt Wash the lentils until water runs clear. Cook the Dahl on medium low for 15 mins. 2 cups fresh methi 1 tsp mustard seed 1 tbsp cumin seeds 2-3 red chilis 5-7 curry leaves 2 tbsp oil 3 garlic sliced 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp chili powder Salt to taste Heat pan with oil and add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and red chilis. Let it sputter (around 2 minutes) then add in onions and sauté. Then add in tomatoes and spices. Cook for a few minutes then add in methi leaves. Cook for additional 3-5 minutes then add in Dahl. Let it simmer on low for 3 minutes.
