I am an empath and LOATHE hurting people’s feelings or possibly disappointing them! I’ve had to start making executive decisions FOR me, and ain’t gon lie, it’s been a TRUE challenge. But those decisions have brought me peace, joy, and better relationship with myself & my Creator. Set boundaries! You teach people how to treat you, not by what you SAY BUT what you DO. Your actions speak much louder than your words. And honestly, if there’s someone in your life that leaves because of these boundaries- you now have to question the authenticity of their love for you. They might not like your decisions, but someone who loves you will advocate for what’s best for you, even if it’s not in your best interests!
