U cant focus too much on the things u cant control and the things that are out of your hands but you can control your perspective and the way you react to things. - nothing in life is permanent. you’re going to make it through this season just as you did the last -let things and people go. you have so much coming if you let that door close. -don’t give people power over how you feel about yourself -never change to better fit with people you don’t fit with anymore -life isn’t about feeling happy in every moment. It’s about good times and hard times, anticipation and excitement, fear and worries. Don’t beat yourself up trying to be happy in every moment, that isn’t what life is about. Feel every moment and emotion. It may not feel like the perfect life but that’s not what it’s supposed to be. - you have to let people in, you’re not that complex. people will understand you. -let yourself be sad and a mess. But promise yourself you’ll try a little harder the next day. That’s all you can do, take it day by day. - don’t be so hard on yourself for feeling confused, lonely, lost, or like you haven’t achieved all that you want to achieve. Life would be boring if you’d done it already, if you had no more room to grow or change. -be patient, you’ll eventually figure it all out and everything will make sense. -believe in yourself, forget about what others think and trust your journey. -life is about changing, learning, and growing. YOURE GOING TO HAVE BAD SEASONS. it’s part of this whole growing up process. feel the season and know the sun will come up again and you will get through it. -learn from trial and error. -Nothing is coincidental and everything happens for a reason
