@cookistwow: Have you ever wondered how to make Chinese fortune cookies at home? 🇨🇳🥠 They’re so lovely and augural, the method to prepare them at home is easier than you think 😉👇 👉INGREDIENTS 3 egg whites 130g flour 80g sugar 40ml water 60ml vegetable oil 👉METHOD 1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2. Whip the egg whites and sugar, then add vegetable oil, water and flour. 3. With a tablespoon measure, spoon the batter onto the parchment paper and spread it out into an even 3 inch circle.  4. Bake the fortune cookies for 7-8 minutes, until the edges brown slightly at 180°C. 5. When each batch of fortune cookies finishes baking, remove them from the oven and quickly flip the circle over, and fold your fortune cookie in half.  6. Place the cookie in a muffin tin to let it cool and hold its shape. Repeat with the remaining batter and enjoy!
