@nikoapue: This Dry Aged Prime Rib came out absolutely delicious and was easy work for the Brisk It Origin 580 Smart Grill. This Prime rib had an incredible dry age and smoky flavor. I dry aged this ribeye roast for 40 days. I cooked this on the Brisk It Origin 580 Smart Grill at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3 and a half hours. I went then raised the heat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit the last 5 minutes to get a nice sear.
