My daughter is down to 1 nap. She naps at 10/11ish for an hour and 40 min. Then up the rest of the day. I wish she’d take 2 naps but nope!

Bfast earlier, cut out snack , lunch before nap-try for 1130 to start.. then begin pushing 15 minutes later. She’ll sleep longer w full belly
