Pump on, water will not be hot.. in fact i always lower my tap open %, coz water not hot even at max temp..

Is the pump when turned on quite noisy? The Rinnai brand has similar experience for less hotness when pump is used. It just means the higher the rate of flow, the less hot probably 😅
