does the box say spread it out like that? most of the flea and tick treatments iv seen are done on the back of of the neck for safety of the cat

That’s toxic for your cat. The ingredients in there especially the peppermint oil is not good for them.

Oh lord please don’t use that on your cat!! So many regret it! AND…drops always go between the shoulder blades and bottom of the neck where they can’t
