My skin looks almost identical to yours except I have a red ring around my mouth up to my nose and more little pimples close to my lip.

Tretinoin saved my life 😅 My skin was so much worse, and it’s finally clear, I started with all 3 you mentioned, now all I need is the Tretinoin ❤️
