I made this - twice! Would decrease oj slightly, increase sugar, sugar the grated rinds and dry slightly, + orange concentrate. Butter and flour pan.

Don’t use canola oil, tastes realllll bad. 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup applesauce instead.
