@katyrobinbird: Replying to @jessieontheloose Doug lost his father 10 years ago, and I lost my mom a few years before that. So we feel this comment deeply and appreciate it. It was before our kids were born. The stories I hear of Doug’s father, Grandpa Tom, are that he was a total jokester. He loved pranks too… when I listen to Doug and Emi do their joke thing, which is special to their relationship, I think how special it is for Emi to get a glimpse of Grandpa Tom through her Papa, and for Doug to share that part of his Dad through himself with his daughter. #jokes #fatheranddaughter #family #knockknock #skiingwithkids
