Was put on Ritalin before Xmas and th first 2 weeks were ok, I felt the kick in the morning but by the arvo, I was so lethargic and aggravated.

I've don't that in the UK we have medikinet for ADHD I took 12 within 2 hours I was awake for 3 days could not sleep I was that focused it was unreal.
