We just had the exact same thing happen last night. We opened a brand new bag of blue wilderness and put it in our dogs, airtight container and found tons of worms, dead bugs and a web looking stuff

We contacted the manufacturer right away and sent them pictures and videos. We got a reply this morning with them saying they can’t compensate us, but would like to send us a free bag of treats.
